Charlotte, NC - (December 16, 2009)

XBS Global, a merchant services provider and agent/area developer for Priority Payment Systems of Georgia, now provides all of their agents access to their portfolios through Priority's proprietary MX system.  The MX system provides all inclusive real time reports on complete daily merchant account activity in the agents portfolio.

Use of the portfolio management system gives enrolled XBS agents and affiliate partners unprecedented ability to view portfolio activity for merchants, including the merchant application process, communication with underwriting, approvals, transaction/batch/ACH activity, residual accounting and much more.

MX is a powerful tool with wide range reporting options to organize and analyze data that includes literally millions of credit card processing transactions.  Users and agents can use the information from the system to assist their merchants in averting issues pro actively creating unparalleled customer service levels.

XBS agents gain competitive ground in what XBS President Dave Robb calls an "aggressive industry" with the unique MX tool - a tool some industry experts claim is far more powerful than systems used by other payment processors.  Robb points to the easy online system interface yet sophisticated collection and manipulation of remarkable amounts of data that influence portfolio profitability - accessible now by each and every agent.

Robb, an electronic payments professional with over fifteen years in the credit card processing industry and industry sales training, says the MX tool and longtime relationships with Priority principals were a driving force behind his decision to become an Area Developer for Priority Payment Systems.

"MX and Priority are providing unique benefits in an industry that has and still does, struggle with transparency.  Agents want to see what's happening with the merchant accounts they board, "Robb says, "specifically how residuals are calculated and paid.  The system is a robust recruitment tool winning accolades from XBS agents and prospective agents alike."

XBS, Expert Business Services, is headquartered in Charlotte, NC.  The firm specializes in merchant services and is comprised of electronic payments professionals with decades of experience in the credit card processing and electronic payments industry.  XBS professionals emphasize complete PCI DSS compliant solutions for their clients, that lower overall payment processing costs and increase cash flow.  The company provides initial professional consultations at no cost, no obligation.

Charlotte, NC - September 8, 2009

XBS Rolls Out Cash Advance-

XBS President Dave Robb says "Merchant request" is behind the addition of the new value added service.

"Our cash advance service is linked directly to our merchants future credit card sales.  The service is quick, with an easy application process.  In times when commercial bank borrowing is tight - business owners who are confident in their success - are prepared to do what is necessary to survive, or even better, grow."

Cash advance services have payments that fluctuate based on the merchants credit card processing volume, so the merchants payment can rise or fall based on that factor,  and that's a "good thing", says Robb.  In addition, the service does not require a personal guaranty -  a requirement on nearly all loan products that cause great anxiety for the business owner.

Robb's company continues to take the educational approach with their merchants.  There are less expensive financing methods to be sure - but the paperwork, time, and qualifications involved are overwhelming, and the effort all too often unsuccessful.  When an already processing merchant needs money quick for expansion or overhead - cash advance is a viable option.

XBS stands for Expert Business Services, which focuses on the electronic payment needs of small to mid size businesses, claims a commitment to a further, in depth line of relative products and services that address real merchant needs in any economic climate.
